And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

I will curse him that curseth thee — Abrahamic covenant.

Balaam unable to curse Israel, blesses them instead.

And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse. ***
